update: when we received product, we were kind of lost, as we couldn't find the instructions. They were there, stuck to top of packaging.
After reaching out to someone, they didn't get to us right away.... come to find out, they were driving home. Upon they getting home, they reached out to us.
They went above and beyond helping us. Very patient and got us all set up.

Bought 2 Mii boxes and controllers over 4 months back. They are the best ones by far I have owned. One day I had technical difficulties and they wouldn't work. Reached out to them they walked me thru almost a whole hour till they were fixed and I was comfortable with it. A+ customer service is hard to come by. These guys back up their products 💪read more
